Live a truly hands-on experiences with full participation in just about everything, yet as old salts or non-sailors, from kids to folks in their 70s. In addition to the sailing, these intense outings may include diving, trekking, tourism and photography. One week is the shortest trip we offer, but also guests come for three to four weeks or longer. You can even join the 20-day delivery from Africa to South America across the Atlantic, which includes days cruising around the Atlantic Islands and a 4,000 miles ocean passage.
With us , don’t be surprised to find yourself tied to an ice floe or stepping on an unspoiled white sand beach.
Any route will be an opportunity to find your free spirit plunged in the wildness of nature in silence and wild adventure.
Knowledge of seamanship and meteorology
The opportunity to increase your confidence and safety level by gaining the experience of an extended ocean passage and use of storm sailing tactics.
The chance to be actively involved in all aspects of operating and maintaining a modern ocean-cruising boat including steering and standing watches, sail trim and reefing, anchoring, provisioning, meal preparation, cleaning and ongoing maintenance of the vessel.
The opportunity to experience ocean cruising so that you can decide if this lifestyle is for you. Following the completion of an expedition you will have the knowledge to make better informed decisions regarding purchasing and outfitting your own boat. You will also be receiving a certificate documenting your training which should qualify you for offshore insurance.
